Time to get in shape with the Wii Fit Plus. This isn’t your normal sit around for hours not moving a muscle video game. The Wii fit let’s you get fun exercise without spending a bunch of money on gym equipment or memberships.
In order to use the Wii Fit, you must also have a Nintendo Wii Sports Game Console. When you start up you choose a trainer. On to the balance tests, bmi testing and then enter your age. In order to test your balance you step on the balance board, it tests your right and left sides. This helps teach you how to balance correctly. There are four exercise categories. Yoga, Strength, Aerobics and Balance. For even more fun, you can choose the Wii sports bundle. This includes 5 different sports games, all which are a lot of fun to play.

Critics were skeptical but the add on balance board that comes with the wii fit has sensors to calculate changes in body mass. Basically you can start with games that are either exercise or yoga as well as balancing. The sports pack add on includes 5 of the most popular games. Bowling, boxing, baseball, golf and tennis.

The Wii Fit comes with a large selection of activities to choose from. Around 40 to be exact. These range over 4 different categories. Balancing, Aerobics, Yoga type stuff and Strength training. The balance board is used to talk with the main Wii game console. It’s a lot of fun and you end up getting a good workout as well. Highly recommended. The wii sports game gives you some exercise and is a lot of fun too. The sports pack game that gives you the best workout by far is the boxing one. It’s really hard to get a pro rating as the boxers get better and better. You have to dodge and duck as well as time your punchs and combinations. Great game.
